For most products, we accept returns within a specified timeframe. However, please note that certain items such as Saree Shapewear and pure silk sarees are not eligible for returns. Instead, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is returned with all packaging, tags, and in unused condition. Our team will verify the condition of the item. You can choose to exchange it for another product or receive a credit note. Thank you for your understanding.

For all other products, you can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is returned with all tags and labels, and in unused condition. Our dedicated team at SareeShadow will conduct a thorough quality check upon receipt of the returned item. Once verified, we will initiate a full refund of the amount paid.
